OBJETIVE: TO COMMUNICATE INTERNALLY THE NEW LEADER CLASSIFICATION

SYSTEM TO THE STORE LEADERS.

The OXXO management needed to communicate to the store associatesthe new leader classification that was developed to improve the quality and the scope of the stores administration, so they could stay informed of the new rules that lead them to reach the different store levels. So, we helped them by developing infographics to clarify the information and simplify the process understanding. OXXO is still using this as part of their training system for new associates and as a reminder material in stores.
